  • If any baggage charges by the airlines inside USA.
  • (Check in Baggage/Luggage candidate has to pay at counter only) Note: Only 7KG Bag Allowed in Domestic Airline in USA.
  • A daily tip of $5.00 per day per person (Including Teachers)
  • Anything else not mentioned in the inclusions like any place, transfer, or event ticket not in the package or any personal expense on personal cost like laundry, food other than included, telephone calls, portage, etc.
  • Pick and Drop From School / Home to Delhi / Mumbai Airport.
  • Any Kind of Travel / Hotel / Meals Expenses related to Visa Biometric and Interview, not included in package cost.

Terms and Conditions
  • Registration Charges of the tour including Visa Fee, Early Appointment & 1 Night Hotel Accommodation on Biometrics Day of Visa is included.
  • Registration Charges are INR 1,00,000 + 5% GST Per Person even Teacher has to pay these charges, in which INR 85,000 per person + 5% GST is non-refundable in case of visa rejection or applicant didn’t appear for visa process.
  • 5% GST on Total Package cost & 5% TCS on remittance payment will be Applicable, TCS amount will be refundable on PAN Card.
  • Package cost is based on Minimum 20 paying students travelling Together in Single Group.
  • If the students’ numbers will decrease, please note that the cost per student will increase.
  • If the student numbers slightly increase, please note that the cost per person will remain the same, up to 96 students.
  • 1 teacher (FOC) Free on 15 paying students at the time of USA travel.
  • Travel Expenses for Visa Biometric and Interview are included for 1 night. Only Hotel Stay with 2 Meals (Breakfast + Dinner) included in tour registration fee.
  • Any Kind of Transportation (Flight/ Train/Bus/Van/Taxi/Auto etc..) related to Visa Biometric and Interview are NOT INCLUDED in Registration Fee and will be paid by Applicant or parents directly.
