Overview

Simba Summer Camp is a warm, safe and exciting 2‑night residential camp designed especially for children aged 8 to 12 years. Kids are gently introduced to camping and staying away from home while being fully supervised and surrounded by new friends, caring staff and a full day of engaging activities. The camp includes thrilling adventures like trekking, jungle walks, rappelling, river crossing, zip line, Burma bridge and rifle shooting, along with fun entertainment such as magic show, puppet show, snake show, rain dance, DJ campfire and bullock cart ride. Educational and creative sessions like art and craft, educational games, robotics and drawing help children learn new skills, build confidence and create happy memories that last long after the camp ends.

Camp Objectives:

- Introduce children to camping and outdoor living in a beginner-friendly way.
- Help kids become more confident, responsible and independent.
- Encourage teamwork, leadership and problem‑solving through group activities.
- Provide a healthy balance of physical adventure, creativity, education and entertainment.

- Camp Cost: ₹ 8,100 per child (all inclusive as per inclusions list).
- Limited 45 seats; registration confirmed on a first‑come, first‑served basis after payment

Itinerary

Tentative Daily Schedule During Camp:

  • 6:30–8:00: Wake‑up, freshen‑up, warm‑up  
  • 8:00–9:00: Breakfast  
  • 9:30–12:30: Main adventure / outdoor block  
  • 12:30–14:30: Lunch + rest  
  • 14:30–16:30: Learning / creative + lighter adventure  
  • 16:30–17:00: Snacks  
  • 17:00–19:00: Games / shows / special experiences  
  • 19:30–20:30: Dinner  
  • 20:30–21:30: Reflection / quiet activities  
  • 21:30: Lights‑out for 8–12 yrs.

Schedule for the Camp: 

Day 1 – Reporting, Arrival, Bonding & Light Adventure: 

- Morning  
  - Reporting and roll call at pick‑up point; bus briefing for safety and behaviour.  
  - Travel to camp/hotel; onboard ice‑breaker games and introduction to mentors.  
  - Check‑in, room allotment (separate for boys/girls) and camp orientation with rules, safety briefing and basic do’s & don’ts.

- Afternoon  
  - Lunch followed by short rest and room‑settling time.  
  - Ice‑breaker and team‑building games to help children make friends and form groups.  
  - Easy nature walk / short jungle walk around the property with a basic “know your surroundings” session.  

- Evening  
  - Art & craft / drawing and colouring session (camp flag/poster making in teams).  
  - Early evening snacks and hydration break.  
  - Magic show + puppet show in a common hall to create a fun, relaxed atmosphere.  

- Night  
  - Dinner (kids‑friendly buffet) and reflection circle – children share “one new friend” and “one new thing learnt”.  
  - Lights‑out routine with fixed timings; staff night‑rounds to ensure safety and comfort.

Day 2 – Core Adventure, Learning & Campfire

- Early morning  
  - Wake‑up call, freshen‑up and light warm‑up / stretching or simple yoga.  
  - Healthy breakfast.  

- Late morning (Adventure block 1)  
  - Safety briefing on harness, helmets and behaviour around adventure zones.  
  - Rotate activities in small groups:  
    - Zip line  
    - Burma bridge  
    - River crossing / rope course  
  - Short water/snack break between activities.

- Afternoon (Adventure block 2 + Education)  
  - Lunch and 30–40 minutes quiet rest time.  
  - Trekking or extended jungle walk (age‑appropriate distance) with basic nature education.  
  - Rifle shooting (with strict safety protocols and one‑by‑one supervision).  
  - Robotics activity / demonstration and educational games or quizzes in indoor hall.  

- Evening & Night (Entertainment highlight)  
  - Snacks followed by rain dance session with music.  
  - DJ campfire: group songs, skits, talent time, group games; distribution of small appreciation badges (best team player, helper, etc.).
  - Snake show and short awareness talk by trained professionals (handled in a secure, demo‑style format).  
  - Wind‑down, hot milk/health drink; lights‑out at fixed time.  

*Day 3 – Wrap‑up, Local Experience & Departure

- Morning  
  - Wake‑up, packing and room check.  
  - Breakfast.  
  - Bullock cart ride and outdoor team games (relay races, treasure hunt, etc.)

- Late morning  
  - Final art & craft / drawing time to make a “camp memory card” or postcard for parents.  
  - Feedback circle with kids; sharing key learnings on confidence, independence and teamwork.  

- Afternoon  
  - Early lunch.  
  - Closing ceremony: certificates/medals, group photos and thank‑you note to campers.  
  - Departure by bus; expected arrival time at drop‑off point shared with parents via message group.
