Day 1

2nd JUNE: DEPARTURE FROM PUNE- DELHI

Pune Airport

Late Evening 10:00 PM Reporting at Pune Airport to Take Your Flight to Delhi. 

On Arrival Collect Your Boarding Pass Report to your Tour Co-ordinator. 

Visit Baggage Counter and Load your Luggage Bags to the Flight. 

Day 2

03rd JUNE DEPARTURE FROM DELHI TO SHIMLA

  • On Arrival Pick up by Private Vehicles from Delhi Airport 
  • Start your Journey towards first destination of your Tour Shimla. 
  • We depart from Delhi around 04:00 AM in an AC Vehicle. 
  • Pit stop for Breakfast or Refreshment at any decent roadside restaurant.
  • On Arrival at Shimla Lunch, Hotel Check In and get relaxed for Couple of Hours.
  • In the Evening Visit Mall Road, Shimla Church & Jakhoo Temple 
  • Evening back to Hotel for Dinner and Overnight Stay 
Day 3

04th JUNE DRIVE FROM SHIMLA TO THE FIRST INDIAN VILLAGE, DINNER & OVERNIGHT STAY IN CHITKUL

  • Early Morning after Freshened up and Breakfast
  • Drive through Sarahan Bhimkali Temple and Narkanda along the Indo-Tibetan Highway on your way to Chitkul.
  • Enter the Kinnaur Valley by crossing the Kinnaur Gate, a rock tunnel famously known as the Gateway to Kinnaur.
  • This tunnel is located around 170 km from Shimla on the Shimla-Kaza road, also called the Hindustan-Tibet Road.
  • Explore the First Indian village before the China border and immerse yourself in the stunning white wonderland.
  • Arrive in Chitkul by evening. Dinner and an overnight stay in Chitkul. 
Day 4

05th JUNE DRIVE FROM CHITKUL TO TABO VIA NAKO DINNER & OVERNIGHT STAY IN TABO.

  • Wake up early, enjoy breakfast, and begin your journey to Spiti Valley.
  • Drive through Sangla, Kalpa the Ka Loops to reach Nako, Visit Nako lake & enjoy the beautiful view.
  • Arrive in Tabo by evening.

  • Get Ready for dinner, Bonfire, Storytelling and an overnight stay.

06th JUNE VISIT TABO MONASTERY AND DHANKAR MONASTERY | OVERNIGHT STAY IN KAZA

  • Further we drive towards Kaza. Reach kaza by evening, Check-in and overnight stay in kaza.

07th JUNE KAZA - KEY MONASTERY - CHICHAM BRIDGE– KOMIC – LANGZA - HIKKIM | OVERNIGHT STAY IN KAZA

  • Wake up early morning and have breakfast.
  • Later head out for the sightseeing of Spiti Valley.
  • Drive to the highest suspension bridge in Asia - The Chicham Bridge.
  • Visit Key Monastery – th world famous center for Buddhist learning located at the top of mountains.
  • Then we will visit Komic, world’s highest village connected by motorable roads. Later we will ride to Hikkim and collect or send postcards from the world’s highest post office.
  • Later enjoy the serene sunset at Langza with a breathtaking landscape of a massive Buddha statue. Come back to Kaza.
  • Have Dinner and overnight stay.

08th JUNE START YOUR JOURNEY FROM KAZA TO CHANDRA TAAL LAKE | OVERNIGHT STAY IN SOLANG VALLEY

  • Wake up, have breakfast and check out. Later depart for Chandra Taal Lake. On the way , take a pit stop for Lunch at Losar/ Chandra Taal, the last village of Spiti Valley Reach Chandra Taal Visit and In evening drive to Manali.
  • Pass through the iconic route of Atal Tunnel and some of the most scenic villages of Lahaul Valley.
  • On arrival Have dinner, Overnight stay at Solang Valley Manali.

09th JUNE MANALI LOCAL SIGHTSEEING OVERNIGHT IN MANALI

Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions outline the agreement between (You or The Customer) and Take Me Buddy (We, The Company or Us). By booking any trip or service through Take Me Buddy, you acknowledge that you have read and understood and agreed to be legally bound by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

PAYMENT AND BOOKING TERMS:

To confirm your booking with Take Me Buddy, a non-refundable booking amount is required at the time of reservation. All packages are subject to change based on real-time availability and pricing at the time of final payment. Any updates related to your package, such as changes in hotels, airlines, or itinerary, will be provided as soon as possible.

BOOKING AMOUNTS FOR:

Weekend Trips- INR 3000

Domestic GIT- INR 5000 - 15000

International GIT- INR 10000

Customised trips- 50% of the package amount

The customers are required to make a full payment within the specified time frames before the date of departure. Non payment of the full amount by the due date may lead to cancellation of your booking or associated services by Take Me Buddy.

Weekend trips- 7-10 days

Domestic GIT- 15-20 days

International GIT- 30-45 days

Customised Trips- 20 days before the departure date.  

SAFETY & CONDUCT:

Take Me Buddy and it’s organizers strictly prohibit the utilization of any Narcotics and banned substances during the tours. Violation may lead to the customer being removed from the trip without a refund. We reserve the rights to evict any camper anytime without any refund if his/her actions violate any camp rules or incase of any misbehavior with other co-travellers. We are also not responsible for your whereabouts or safety if you are outside the camping premises. Any loss of camping materials such as tents, pillows, mattresses or any property belonging to the campsite will be subject to full payment of the Product MRP.

ACCOMMODATION GUIDELINES:

Air-conditioned rooms may not be available at certain locations, such as European cities or hill stations within India.

Hot water availability is not guaranteed at all locations.

Customers are responsible for any damage to rooms or property during their stay.

Only Customers officially booked with Take Me Buddy will be allowed to access the Hotels/campsites,/Homestays.

If you plan to invite any external guests, you must notify us in advance and obtain prior approval.

Hotels/Campsite/Homestays slots are confirmed only upon full payment.

Take Me Buddy reserves the right to change hotel arrangements due to unforeseen circumstances and arrange suitable alternatives.

The customer shall be informed about the same as soon as possible.

Take Me Buddy will not be held responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings or goods of travelers during the tour.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS:

It is the customer’s responsibility to carry all necessary travel documents, including a valid passport, visa, and permits, if any.

Take Me Buddy will not be held responsible for delays or cancellations due to missing or invalid documents.

We offer assistance with the visa process if needed; however, visa approval is entirely subject to approval by the concerned embassy.

Customers holding ECR passports may need an 'OK to Board' (OTB) approval, depending on the destination.

It is important to check and arrange this in advance.

Passports must be valid for at least six months from the return date to India.

For domestic travel, a government issued photo ID is mandatory.

All customers must carry a valid government-issued photo ID at all times during the trip, including check-ins, travel, and activities.

HEALTH & SAFETY:

Customers are responsible for meeting all the health requirements, including necessary vaccinations.

Any underlying medical conditions must be disclosed to Take Me Buddy beforehand.

Customers must follow all safety instructions during the trip.

Failure to do so may result in removal from the tour without a refund.

Participation in adventure activities is at the traveler's own risk. Customers must ensure they are medically fit.

Take Me Buddy is not liable for any injury, accident, or loss of life resulting from such activities. 

TRIP EXECUTION:

Take Me Buddy reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to weather, road closures, political unrest, natural calamities, or safety issues.

Take Me Buddy is not responsible for any delays or alterations in the program or indirectly incurred expenses in cases such as natural hazards, accidents, weather conditions, landslides, political closure or any untoward incident.

Take Me Buddy is not responsible for any delay in reaching the destination due to traffic, sightseeing/activities of the day may get cancelled if we don’t reach the destination on time.

The trip organizer/coordinator has the complete right to change the itinerary as per the real-time conditions.

TRIP BOOKINGS:

Registrations/Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged, cancelled, or refunded.

In the event that the company is unable to operate a specific tour for any reason, alternative arrangements may be offered at the company's discretion.

Once such alternatives have been provided, no further claims or objections shall be entertained.

If the company makes alterations to your booked tour or holiday after your reservation has been confirmed, the following options will be made available to you:

You can go along with the altered tour or holiday plans.

Alternatively, you can opt for a different tour or holiday that the company suggests.

In either of these cases, you won't be able to claim any compensation for damages, extra expenses, or any other losses.
