  • Pick-up and drop from designated railway station/airport (Pathankot / Amritsar).

    • Dalhousie local sightseeing.

    • Excursion to Khajjiar.

    • Excursion to Chamba (if included in final plan).

  • Toll taxes, parking charges, driver allowances, and fuel charges.

    • In case of non-payment of balance amount, the company reserves the right to cancel the booking and apply applicable cancellation charges.

  • Hotels & Rooms

    • The hotels mentioned are indicative; similar or upgraded hotels will be provided in case of non-availability.

    • Room category will be standard unless specified otherwise in the package.

    • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may be chargeable directly by the hotel.

  • Vehicle Usage

    • The vehicle will be available strictly as per itinerary and point-to-point services, not on a disposal basis.

    • AC may not operate in hilly areas and during uphill drives as per local regulations and to ensure safety.

  • Itinerary & Sightseeing

    • The itinerary is tentative and may be rescheduled or modified due to weather conditions, road situations, local events, or any operational reasons.

    • Entry to certain sightseeing points (e.g., Khajjiar, Wagah Border) is subject to local permissions, security restrictions, and weather conditions.

  • Cancellations & Refunds

    • Cancellation charges will apply as per the company’s cancellation policy shared at the time of booking.

    • No refund will be made for any unused services (meals, sightseeing, hotels, transport) once the tour has started.

  • Liability

    • The company acts as a tour organizer and will not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from natural calamities, accidents, delays, or acts beyond its control.

    • All guests are requested to take care of their personal belongings; the company will not be responsible for loss/theft of personal items.
